Il Molo is now also listed on Author Shout’s Cover wall – http://authorshout.com/cover-wall/.
Every marketing outlet is helpful depending upon the following. But I’ll try every source once. If I feel it’s not working, it will be abandoned. For you writers, there are also a lot of other interesting services on this site some free and others not. For you readers, there are new books to discover. #ilmolo
Thanks for the tip,Teresa! I signed up for their newsletter, so I’ll be watching that.
But unless the site has a mailout of ads, something like what ENT and BookBub offers, it’s ‘passive advertising’. Someone has to go to the site and look at listings, as opposed to an email appearing in your inbox.

Perhaps it’s passive as you say, but I’m willing to try. It was $15 for 180 days for the cover appearing on the Cover Wall. They’ve already posted in Facebook and Twitter. Haven’t checked out Pinterest yet. I’ll take a look at the two sites you mentioned. Thanks.

jlknapp. Thank you for signing up for our newsletter. We actively advertise on multiple platforms. Our newsletter is just one of many methods we use to reach readers but not our main source of advertising.

Theresa,
Thank you for adding this to your site. We do sent out book/author recommendations in our newsletter and we have shared your book on Pinterest as well as the ones you mentioned. There are other sites that we will submit books to as well along with generating readers to visit our cover wall. The idea is to gain visibility for your books by placing them in multiple places versus just an e-mail that may or may not get opened/seen/delivered/filtered/blocked and so forth. We wish you all the best and may your book find many new readers.

Thanks for the clarifications. The more places we can showcase our books, the better.
